Privacy notice
Everything here is about two things only: your contact details and the short archive description typed into our form. Ticket data is out of scope because it never reaches us. Last revised 7 November 2026.
The people behind this site
Sell Support Tickets (sellsupporttickets.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.
Sell Support Tickets is an introduction service and never handles ticket data itself. Companies are put in touch with data buyers, and a fee from that buyer can follow a signed license.
What the three form steps capture
When you use the quote form we collect:
- your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
- your answers about the archive: platform, volume, years of history, languages, headcount and timing
- your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to
Why we hold any of it
We use your details to find out which data buyers publish entry rules your archive clears. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.
We then contact you to tell you which buyers fit. No buyer receives them until you have replied to say yes. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.
If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.
We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.
Which buyer, if any, sees it
Your details go to:
- the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
- the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data
When it gets deleted
We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.
Asking for a copy, a fix or erasure
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at support@grubleads.com.
Cookies and visit counting
We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Referral fees and your contact details
Some AI data buyers pay a referral fee to whoever introduced a company that goes on to sign with them. If that happens after we introduce you, the fee comes from the buyer. Nothing is ever billed to you.
Ticket data never comes to us. The form takes a description of the archive and your contact details, and that is all we hold.
Opting out under US state privacy laws
Because a fee can follow an introduction, a few state laws treat the hand-over of your name and email to that buyer as a sale or share of personal data. The do not sell or share page explains how to stop it; an email to the address above works too, and our log shows when each opt-out came in and when we acted on it.
Several states also entitle residents to see the information held about you, correct it or delete it, and exercising those rights costs you nothing. Nothing here feeds targeted advertising, and people under 16 should not use the form.
Consent records
Under US telephone and texting law, a claim can surface several years after the fact. So we hold onto a consent log for five years: the moment you agreed, from which IP address and page, any phone number supplied, and the consent text exactly as shown. Your name and email still go after 12 months, as described earlier.
