Ticket data buyer terms changelog

Ranges and entry rules on buyer sites shift with no announcement. Every shift we spot on the four pages this site depends on is logged here, latest at the top, dated the day we saw it.

  • Baseline: all four buyer pages this site relies on (micro1, Scale AI, Labelbox Prism, Nyne) opened and read in full. Every number here was set from that reading.

  • micro1: the data page headline now says "$100k-3M+", and the tiers beneath it top out at $3M+. Third-party summaries written earlier quote a smaller top figure. We could not pin down the date of the increase.

  • micro1: referral bonuses on its company referral page are now $50,000 flat when a deal is valued at $700,000 or less, and 7.5% of value beyond that; defunct-company deals pay $75,000 or 7.5%. The June 2026 announcement had described a smaller fee.

  • Mercor: no page of its data program would load for our check, which is why Mercor terms are missing from every table here.

What we watch on each page

  • The published pay range and any tiers.
  • Entry rules: headcount, years in business, language, countries.
  • Which data types are listed, and whether support tickets or chat logs are still among them.
  • De-identification, ownership and exclusivity wording.
  • Referral terms, because they affect how we may be paid.

Disclosure: buyers logged here may pay us after an introduction that ends in a deal. Changes get recorded the same way whoever they concern.

Start with the head office ZIP, an inbox for our reply, then a handful of taps describing the helpdesk history. A person here reads it and writes back naming any buyer whose published entry rules your company clears, or telling you plainly that none does.

Describe the archive; never paste it. No tickets, exports, screenshots or sample files belong in this form, and this site has nowhere to upload them.

Said once, plainly: Sell Support Tickets makes introductions, and the buyer on the other end may pay us for one. More on the how this works page.

Where is the company based?

Nyne, for one, only takes US companies, so we ask for the head office ZIP.
