How this works
The whole route, briefly: you send a description of your helpdesk history. It gets checked against the entry rules that support data buyers publish, and you hear back which buyers match and on what grounds. An introduction follows only with your agreement, and the tickets themselves never pass through us.
What happens to a request
A person reads it
Platform, volume, years, languages, headcount and whether card or health details may be in the tickets. Nobody automates this part.
We check it against published rules
Every buyer on our list prints its own entry rules: headcount floor, age of the company, language, location. Your answers get set against the current wording of each page.
We tell you who fits
Our email names the buyers that fit, quotes the rule that decided it and links each one's terms so you can check us. A nil result gets said plainly too.
You say yes before anything moves
No buyer learns your name or your company until you write back agreeing. From then on, scoping, contract and delivery happen between your company and that buyer.
What we never do
Hold data. No tickets, exports, samples or screenshots come to us. The form has no upload, on purpose.
Take payment from you. You pay us nothing, whether or not a deal happens.
Negotiate or sign. We do not price your archive, bargain on your behalf or sign anything. Have your own lawyer read any agreement.
Pose as a buyer. We are not an AI lab, a marketplace or a broker, and we never quote what you will be paid.
Where our money comes from
A few buyers reward introductions: once a referred company signs, the introducer gets a fee under the buyer's referral program. If a company we introduced signs, that fee may come to us, paid by the buyer. You are never charged. Which buyers we name rests only on their published rules, fee or no fee.
If a buyer that fits does not pay referral fees, we still name it.
Reaching us
For anything about your personal details, the email address in our privacy notice is the one to use, deletion requests included.
Get a quote
Start with the head office ZIP, an inbox for our reply, then a handful of taps describing the helpdesk history. A person here reads it and writes back naming any buyer whose published entry rules your company clears, or telling you plainly that none does.
Describe the archive; never paste it. No tickets, exports, screenshots or sample files belong in this form, and this site has nowhere to upload them.
Said once, plainly: Sell Support Tickets makes introductions, and the buyer on the other end may pay us for one. More on the how this works page.
Received. Nothing has gone to any buyer.
- We set your answers beside every buyer's published entry rules (headcount, years, language, location).
- An email follows with any names that fit, each with a link to that buyer's terms so you can check our reading.
- Your company stays private unless you answer that email agreeing to an introduction.
